Prices:

Prices for the apartments are based on a minimum number of occupants (excluding final cleaning and tourist tax). 
Additional guests are to be charged at EURO 16.00 per person per night.

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax of € 3,- per day and per person will be charged extra. Children up to 15 years are free of local tax.

Internet:

Free internet via WLAN.

Arrival and departure:

The apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. 
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:30 a. m. at the latest.

Parking places:

You can park your car in our parking garage.

Means of payment:

Cash payment at the latest on the eve of departure.

Reservation:

A booking is only valid after receiving a written booking confirmation! When a reservation is made, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

We recommend taking out  travel insurance.

Deposit:

For a fixed reservation a deposit is required. (according to reservation letter) Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation options:

  • 90 days before arrival 40%
  • 30 days before arrival 70%
